Trials keep you Strong,
Sorrows keep you Human,
Failures keep you Humble,
Success keeps you Glowing,

The heart finds blessings in small gifts of gentle beauty, assurance in warm, peaceful hours of rest, finds joy and true contentment always nearby, for the heart knows  simple things are best.

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. - Leo Buscaglia

A Prayer to St. Jude for Hope

God of hope, come to me. Help me to know that your hope is alive in me as I offer kindness, forgiveness, and tenderness to others.

I seek the inner calm that comes from trusting in you. Give me the courage to be aware of your healing presence.

May I trust that St. Jude walks with me in times of trouble, and intercedes on my behalf.

St. Jude, fill my heart with hope.

Amen.

More Awards. . .

Although I maintain several sites and as I have said before do not really "BLOG" per se about everything under the sun, I want to have my web presence but still maintain a bit of privacy...so this  award from Rosemarie is very special because I guess, somehow she sees something whatever on my "so so" blog.

hey rebecca, i noticed on your sidebar that very beautiful medal! and the latin phrase-- parang ang gandang basahin--hhhhmmm, i wonder ano kaya meaning noon? heheheheh-- well , kung ano man yun ay tiyak maganda ang meaning noon- i dont speak latin but the sound of the phrase seems to be invigorating--lifegiving- makabesa nga heheheheh..happy tuesday to you daughter of Zion!i wanna call you such. =====means that: originally a stronghold captured by David (the 2nd king of the Israelites); above it was built a temple and later the name extended to the whole hill; finally it became a synonym for the city of Jerusalem (Example: "The inhabitants of Jerusalem are personified as `the daughter of Zion'")...i want to imagine you as the one who lives in the city of jerusalem during the time of Jesus.... such a dream that anyone on earth dreams of huh!....

hi becca thanks for this favulous award. i'll grab it later tonight. chat muna ako to my love of my life. ^-^

Yes! Fabulous. I never thought of myself as one. Yet, of course I am glad to accept such an award. But pink! How would it look on my site?....hehehe joke lang...I like pink, in fact one of the cycling jerseys I own is pink. Now that's an idea, I will display this badge along with my pink jersey, so may ka match siya. hehehehe. Thanks Becca, have nice weekend!
